Hello everyone, I am new to the Linux world and I would like to make the switch. The only thing that bug me at the moment is that I absolutely need my thermal printer to work.

I followed the instructions to the letter but it is not working. When I print Linux tells me that the page was printed but it stays in the printer queue.
